Delivery Information

We have a simple pricing structure for all deliveries, no matter what you order.

  • Standard Delivery £2.95

Your order will take around 3-7 working days to arrive. Not in a hurry? Go for this one.

  • First Class Delivery £3.95

With this service your order will arrive in 1-3 working days. Want it a bit quicker? This is the one for you.

  • FREE delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £45. This will be via our standard delivery service and will take the usual 3-5 working days.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. If your order is placed before 3pm, chances are it'll be despatched the same day (we're pretty good like that).

If in the unlikely event your order is delayed, we'll contact you straight away and keep you up to date with its progress.

All parcels under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail. Often for medicines we used signed for delivery too. Veterinary orders over 2kg are sent via FedEx.

What if I don't receive my order?

Royal Mail T&Cs state that you must wait 15 working days until the item is can be classed as missing and a claim can be made against Royal Mail. During this period, chances are the item will be either delivered to you or returned back to us using the returns address label we add on all our orders. If it is returned back to us, we will re-send the item out to you after confirming your address and the reason why it didn't reach you the first time. If your order has not been received, you must first contact your nearest Royal Mail sorting office on 08457 740 740 or visit their website at www.royalmail.co.uk. They may have forgotten to leave a card when they tried to deliver to you and it is sat waiting for you to pick up there.

If after 15 working days it still hasn't arrived, nor is it at the sorting office waiting for your collection, contact us with your full name and order number. We'll send you a P91 form to complete which is a declaration from yourself stating the goods have not been delivered. Return this back to us within 10 days and following its acceptance we will be able to send you a replacement order; if 10 days have passed and we haven't had the P91 back we won't be able to issue a replacement order.

These are the T&Cs published by Royal Mail that we must stick to when using their postal services. If you need your order urgently, we'd recommend you order it again through the website while we sort out the initial order separately, making sure you get the order as soon as possible.
